suckiest service I have had in Dallas in a LONG time. How they have the crust to add auto gratuity is beyond me...or maybe they figured out that staff wouldn't get any tips otherwise. Drink refill requests ignored, staff must have taken lessons on how to avoid eye contact. Snotty attitude permeates from owner on down...pity, because the food (once it Finally came) showed a lot of creativity in presentation and great taste. I would not put myself through suffering this restaurant's "service" to taste it again, though, until I see that "under new ownership" sign which will tell me things may be looking up. Great concept, food, surroundings, too bad the sucky service ruined the overall experience.
