okay, maybe that sounds dramatic, but it's pretty much true. dance has been more than just something to do, it has been a practice of immeasurable healing for my body mind and spirit. aside from offering 60 or so weekly drop in classes from belly dance to hip hop, special events like trancedance, chakra healing meditations, sacred sounds concerts etc, make movestudio the most unique and eclectic dance/yoga/pilates studio i know of! let me know if you'd like a free class and i'd be happy to send you a voucher. i've been blessed in countless ways, have had so many life-changing experiences, made many friends and reconnected with my first love, dance. gawd, i love my job! - lisa ohhh , posted 12/21/07 |
