Rank Ribeye
I specifically joined this site to review Marcos. We ate there once, and it was a terrible experience. Not only did they not serve the Cappuccino listed on their menu (they said they didn't have anything but ground coffee).. they were also out of Raspberry Tea (another item on the menu) and Filet Mignon. They could/would not exchange the vegetable for an extra side salad on our Ribeye steak (a "today's special" not on the menu). The waitress constantly forgot to bring our drinks and never refilled my husband's water throughout the meal.
And when the ribeye finally arrived (which took a while), the stench was atrocious. We tasted it anyway, just to make sure. The texture and flavor of the ribeye seemed as if it had been boiled in stale water, and covered in a green pepper gravy to try to disguise the taste. The squash that came with it was bitter and without seasoning, and the meat in the ribeye was extremely dry. My husband found the steak (if you want to call it that) quite comparable to expired dogfood.
We told the waitress we wanted our check, and waited an additional 10 minutes before we asked again (she had forgotten, as usual), and she finally brought it 5 minutes later.
I had high hopes for this restaurant, as it seemed very quaint and clean in the sitting area, but I was very disgusted. The womens restroom was dirty and had no tissue paper.
I could go on, but I feel I've said enough. Don't visit.
