Well my mother met both her husband's at Dirty Frank's in Philadelphia. I've been going there since I was 6. I thought a bar that was a real community was something you saw on TV or just existed in Philly. I was wrong. Lee Harvey's is a place where you can feel comfortable even if you're a new female in town looking to get out of your apt. Even if you don't know anyone yet in Dallas, Lee's is a definite must. There aren't many places where you can feel comfortable hanging by yourself. Places where you're not strange for being alone. I completely recommend Lee Harvey's for anyone new to Dallas looking to meet some people. They also have excellent food and dog day is on Sunday. You can bring your pooch and have them socialize safely as they close the fence that day. - Carolyn , posted 01/15/07 |
