Terrible...Beware!
My husband and I went in (against the pleas of a couple of friends who recently had terrible experiences here) because they agreed to the offer we emailed them. They agreed to everything we offered (trade-in value, car price, etc). The only thing pending was the interest rate. As we waited for the finance department process our credit and offer us the interest rate, our salesman brings us an "Invoice Order Form"/contract to sign. We asked him why we had to sign it and he said "he didn't have an answer for us" and "no one had ever asked him that before." We told him that we weren't going to sign anything, especially something that looked like a contract, until we were comfortable with and aware of all the purchase's details. He nervously--almost panicking--insisted that we had to sign the mysterious, yet "harmless" form/contract that didn't legally bind us to anything but proved to the sales manager that we were serious about our offer. He was unable provide answers as to the contract's function and/or value.
He quickly stamped off and we left before he returned. It was terrible.
