The "10th planet" has been announced towards August 2005. We know by now that the dwarf planet is larger than Pluto is. They have to be informed in order to exemplify their true natal stars and angel guardian. ? The sets of ascendants change due to precession. The due eastern ascendant is termed precessed ascendant. ? Children born with Venus in Hydra rising will treasure special occult powers that are difficult to handle even with a good aspect from Jupiter in Ophiuchus. ?
