A Values-Based Financial Services company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist employees with any technical issues for their corporate office in North Dallas.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Liaison between vendors and company
• Create and support client service standards
• Establish relationship with clients
• Build out the Service with Independent Representatives
• Develop Communications with clients
• Create a good client experience that is consistent and repeatable
• Provide One Stop support for technology problems
• Answer phones; enter tickets, process requests, and follow-up
• Provide e-mail support
• Maintain inventory list of equipment and servers
• Learn the Smart Station System
• Answer inquiries from our clients with smart station problems and be the liaison with First clearing in helping to find a solution
• Set up new users thru the MAC system
Need a candidate who is smart, willing to learn, work hard, be loyal and love what they do. Salary is 30k-35k DOE; including a great work environment and full benefits. This position won’t last long. Apply immediately!
