MAN REQ: Supporting 2 department heads for a non-profit agency that works to provide early education for disadvantaged children
SUMMARY: Filing, answering 20 calls/day, scheduling, communicating with educators and clients, typing correspondence, tracking info in excel, track & process re-enrollment forms, f/u on phones w/ schools re: enrollment.
SKILLS: Word - Strong Basic, Excel - Strong Basic, no formulas, quick & accurate D/E
TYPE: Great personality, excellent phone voice, great communicator, very detail oriented, MUST KNOW WHAT A DEADLINE is- and how to meet it.
SPECIAL: ***WILL BE PART TIME FIRST MONTH - someone that can grow into a f/t position, 20 hours first month - up to 35-40 after that*** Co. is growing, so position will grow, too! Ideal schedule will be 5/days for a few hours/day.
