Come join us in learning and practicing Qigong (pronounced "Chee Gong"), a beautiful, ancient Chinese "soft" martial art, similar to Tai Chi, in its slow and graceful movements.
This particular style of Qigong differs from Tai Chi, in that it is easier to practice, much easier to learn, and is more specifically focused on physically feeling and directing the Qi (the life force or energy that exists in all matter, including the air around us). The simplicity and repetition of this style of Qigong make it an especially effective moving meditation that energizes your body, clears your mind, calms your emotions, and allows you to feel more connected to the Universe.
Classes will be held on Saturdays, near the Preston / Plano Pkwy. intersection. The address is:
5068 W. Plano Pkwy.

Weather permitting, we'll be in the outside courtyard at the rear entrance of the building. In inclimate weather, we'll be in Conference Rm. A on the 3rd Floor.
