Hello everyone, I am so happy to share with you all the amazing events that are blooming all over DAllas this Spring and Summer. All of these with the intention of KArma Yoga, or sacred service to the community to aid individuals on their spiritual quest and journey.
This Saturday I will be teaching Yoga at Pilates Squared on Swiss and later in the evening I will be attending the Meditation Station which is located at an amazing setting inside the Mitchell Lofts.
This will be a meditation focused on unity and peace; bringin healing towards ourselves the Dallas community, and the world.
Class will begin at 7:15 and love donations are welcome. At 9pm the KArma Lounge takes place which is a music/spoken word open mic where everyone is welcome to express themselves of be amidst some of the most spiritually centered indidviduals in Dallas.
It is truly a beautiful, sacred experience and I hope all of you will be inclined to come!
I will soon be teaching Yoga classes there too, so look for my post for more info!!!! The rooftop deck has the most spectacular view of Downtown and if the weather is nice we will be doing the class up there- sending our love and light to the town!
Also, please check out the Circle of Seekers event at Tsada Yoga, where my good friend Satek will be teaching a Somatic Flow class and I will be playing my original music during a free flow dance at the end.
